1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Full Stack Actuarial (“Sponsor”), 8063 Madison Ave #1184, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on 12/3/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 12/11/2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Entrants may participate in one of the following ways:
A. Event Attendance Entry
Attend at least one session of the Actuarial Technology Summit 2025 during the Promotion Period. Attendance must be verified through event registration records or check-in logs. Each qualifying attendee receives one (1) entry.
B. Mail-In Entry (No Event Attendance Required)
Send a legibly handwritten postcard or letter including your full name, mailing address, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than 12/9/2025.
Each valid mail-in submission will be counted as one (1) entry.
Limit
One (1) entry per person, regardless of method.
5. Prizes
A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded:
Three (3) Amazon Gift Cards, each valued at $100 USD
One (1) Nintendo Switch 2 gaming console
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $800.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email at the address provided in their entry.
Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name (first name and last initial only for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used solely for administration of the Promotion and will not be sold or shared.
12. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
